This week Year 6 have been exploring coverting measures.

There is a lot of information we need to remember when converting measures.

We created a revision poster to help us remember the key measures.

Mass:

1000g = 1kg

Capacity

10ml = 1cl

100cl = 1l

1000ml = 1l

Distance

10mm = 1cm

100cm = 1m

1000m = 1km

We also worked out that there must be 1,000,000mm in 1km!
