In Maths, Year 5 have been learning about data, line graphs and timetables. Today the children used a line graph to convert kilograms into pounds. The children identified how they need to go along the x- axis to the correct number, before going up until they reach the line on the chart. They can then go along to the y- axis to find the number. The children used their kindles to research the weight of different objects, before converting the weight from kilograms to pounds using the line graph.
